By completing any reservation via instant book or direct booking at the Orchard Estate, it is understood that you have read and agreed to our rental agreement and house rules.
Additionally, please be aware that all events held at the Orchard Estate, including but not limited to corporate retreats, large reunions, bridal showers, baby showers, etc., will incur an additional event fee. This fee is based on the number of attendees and any special requirements for the event.
For wedding events, the maximum guest count allowed is 75 guests or fewer, and an additional event fee is mandatory. Please note that additional considerations are necessary, including but not limited to:
- Additional guests: Any guests beyond the standard occupancy of the estate may incur extra charges
- Event permit: A one time event permit is required for events and gatherings larger than 75 guests.
- Additional cars and parking: Ensuring adequate parking space for all attendees may require additional arrangements and charges including onsite parking attendant.
- Additional bathroom facilities: Depending on the size of the event, additional portable restrooms may be necessary.
- Outdoor table and chairs: Additional seating and dining arrangements may be required for outdoor events.
- Groomed grounds: The estate grounds will be meticulously prepared to ensure a picturesque setting for your wedding event.
Please note that your reservation is not considered final until all event-related requirements are provided and approved.
